〜していただけますか is the key polite request form for workplaces, more deferential than 〜してくれますか and ideal when asking a colleague for help.

- 〜について = regarding ~, about ~ (focus particle for topics)
承知しました。午後に時間を作ります。
Understood. I'll make time in the afternoon.

承知しました is the formal acknowledgement used among colleagues, more respectful than わかりました and expected in professional settings.
- 承知しました = understood (formal acknowledgement; more formal than わかりました)
- 時間を作る = to make / carve out time (set phrase)

The frontend pull request is now ready for review.

〜できる状態です expresses that something is in a ready or actionable state, useful for handing off work to teammates.
- 〜できる状態です = is in a state where one can do ~ (potential + 状態)
- もう = already / now (marks a transition to a new state)

お願いできますか is a slightly softer, more indirect request than していただけますか, commonly used when asking a peer rather than a superior.
- 〜をお願いできますか = could I ask you for ~? (indirect polite request)
- お願いする = to request, to ask a favour

今日中に (きょうじゅうに) means 'by the end of today'; 中 reads じゅう in time-span compounds, not ちゅう. A natural commitment phrase in stand-ups.

〜していただけますか — Could you please do ~?
This is the most important polite request pattern for Japanese professional settings. It combines the て-form of a verb with いただけますか, derived from いただく (to humbly receive) in its potential question form. The result is more deferential than 〜してくれますか or 〜してもらえますか, making it appropriate when asking colleagues, seniors, or anyone you wish to treat respectfully. It signals that you recognise the other person's effort and are asking — not demanding.
