By using PhraseBerry you agree to these terms. PhraseBerry is a daily language-immersion app that generates short learning capsules.
Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google or GitHub account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Generated content is for personal learning. Do not submit themes that are illegal, hateful, or abusive; do not attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the service, or create multiple accounts to evade the free-tier quota. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Free accounts include a limited number of generated lessons. Paid plans ($9.99/month or $79/year) grant a metered daily entitlement — not unlimited generation. Billing is handled by Stripe; paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Lessons are produced by AI and may contain errors. PhraseBerry is a learning aid, not a certified translation or instruction service. Use your judgment.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, PhraseBerry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
